Once a clean out decision has been made in relation to the scope of work to be performed on the property, we make every effort to take care and preserve important documents and client legacy items.
We will donate, sell (through resale shops), recycle, hold garage sales (if property is insured) with the sales dollars being sent to your company for deposit to the client’s account. All these scenarios are covered in our package.
